A Springfield Tradition Since 1951
Founded in 1951 by Johnny and Rosemary Lynn, Gabatoni’s Italian Restaurant began as a family dream built on a passion for great food and community. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Johnny opened the restaurant’s first location on Washington Street in Springfield. In 1959, the family moved to their current Laurel Street location, where they continue serving fresh, handcrafted pizza and Italian favorites to generations of loyal guests every day.
Their daughter Rosalie has been involved in the pie-making-process since 1951. Since her parents passed, Rosalie has carried on the tradition of providing quality meals at a reasonable price; using only the finest ingredients of the highest quality. Rosalie and our team at Gabatoni’s would like to thank all of you, our valued customers and friends, for sticking with us all of these years and giving us your unending support.
